We had a fantastic time with our wonderful customers at our Fall Fest this past weekend. Everyone did a great job in the mini classes, creating fun tags, presents and treat boxes. We also had a few drawings. Cindy B won the Tim Holtz Vagabond and Wendy G. Won the grand prize, a bag full of great crafting supplies from our favorite venders, congratulations to them both!! Thank you to everyone who came out and had fun with us. If you missed it we hope to see you next time.

Great New Products From Doodlebug!

We have just gotten a ton of Doodlebug Design Doodle Pop stickers, Doodle Twine, and Sentiment stickers that go with the Doodlebug Create-A-Card set. It is really easy to put together a great card just by picking up a couple stickers, an embellishment or two and a card and putting it all together. There are stickers and embellishments for all occasions including birthdays, Christmas, Halloween, births, and general sentiments. Check out the cards that Linda put together in an afternoon below.

We are really excited that the latest My Little Yellow Bicycle lines have arrived. We saw these lines at CHA and they are really cute. The “Head of the Class” line is perfect for scrapbooking any back to school or class pictures. My Little Yellow Bicycle has these cute samples to show just what you can do.

The “Get Your Game On” line is great to use when you want to scrapbook some of the athletic events in your family. There are papers and embellishments for Football, Basketball, Soccer, and Baseball.

Penny Black Sneak Preview

The talented ladies at Penny Black have come up with another great set of stamps for the up coming months. We got to see some of their fun stamps and beautiful examples while we were at CHA last week and we came away incredibly impressed. First up are some of the really cute halloween stamps should brighten up anyone’s halloween cards.

Then there were the Christmas stamps that ranged from the adorable to the elegant.

And this is just a small sample of all the wonderful stamps that Penny Black has made for the upcoming seasons. Tell us which ones are you favorites and we will try to do some classes on them when they come in.

We are really excited about a new product that has just arrived. They are called Glubers and they are a lot of fun. They are basically super sized zots that can be used for all sorts of fun projects. They come in a 2″ pack of 12 and then an assortment pack that includes four 2″, four 2.5″, and four 3″ Glubers. One of the simple projects that you can do in a couple of minutes is a lovely flower made out a strip of fabric. The best way to show you is to let the creator of the Gluber, Julie Comstock of Cosmo Cricket, show you. There are also several other examples on Cosmo Cricket’s YouTube channel.
